Huawei unveiled stylish smartwatch Watch GT 4

The novelty received an updated design and advanced functions of health and fitness monitoring. Huawei Watch GT 4 will be offered to buyers in two sizes: 46mm and 41mm. The 46mm version has a strict octagonal design, the 41mm version is elegant, looking more like a piece of jewelry than a gadget. Both versions have round AMOLED displays with a resolution of 466x466 and pixel densities of 326 and 352 ppi respectively. More than 25,000 watch faces are available.

Huawei Watch GT 4 features TruSeen 5.5+ health monitoring technology, so that users can get 30% more accurate results of cardiovascular measurements. The updated TruSleep 3.0 technology provides recommendations to improve the quality of night rest. In addition, the watch supports a sleep breathing monitoring function that can detect malfunctions and provide users with additional information about their respiratory system. Menstrual cycles can be monitored with a built-in thermometer.

The device gets an improved Activity Rings feature, a new Be Fit app, and a redesigned global navigation satellite system-based location tracking feature that's 30 percent more accurate than the GT3. More than 100 sports modes have been added, including cyber sports. There's support for quick replies to messages, you can answer calls, and you can unlock your smartphone with the watch.

The 46mm version boasts a record-breaking battery life of up to 14 days on a single charge. This is 20% longer than the GT3 model. The 41mm version has up to 7 days. The watch supports connection to Huawei smartphones, as well as Android and iOS devices.

Users can choose from several different colors: the 46mm model is available with brown leather, green braided, black rubber, and steel straps. The 41mm comes with a two-tone strap, a metal strap with Milanese weave, or a white leather strap.

The Huawei Watch GT 4 smartwatch will go on sale in Europe on October 4 with prices starting at €249.
