Stability AI introduced StableCode, a neural network for code generation
Stability AI, developer of the Stable Diffusion AI image generator, has unveiled the LLM-based StableCode neural network. The AI model is designed to generate code in different programming languages.
The company believes that the solution will help programmers in their daily work and will be useful for mastering new technologies.
StableCode was trained on data from the BigCode project, which contains open source code in various languages. The neural network supports development in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C, C++, and the markdown markup language. In addition, the model is capable of handling large projects consisting of multiple files.
The model is currently available in three versions - basic level, instructions, and a long context window with support for up to 16,000 tokens. All three versions of the model are available on the company's page on Hugging Face.
